Your score will your time to complete the chipper or your total reps completed at the time cap.  This event is worth 75 points in the overall scoring.

Your score will be calculated from the total reps of Rope Climbs and Red River Complexes completed as a team. Each Climb is worth 12 pts and each rep in a Complex is worth 1 pt (12 for a full complex) towards your team's event score. 

This event is worth 100 points in the overall scoring.

  • 15 min AMRAP. All 4 teammates (split in pairs). 
  • 4 Heats of 6 Teams.
  • Saturday: 3:30pm-5pm
  • Swim + 4 Rope Climbs
  • 4 Red River Complexes (55/35)
  • 1 Red River Complex = 6 alternating DB Snatches + 6 Front Squats

This floater is worth 25 points in the overall scoring.

You will sign up for a Floater time at checkin.  Times will be between 9am-3pm Saturday.

WHO:

If you can round up 2 girls and 2 guys who CrossFit and can make it to Casper, you're invited! Standards for the competition have been released!  Make sure you can perform these, there will be no scaling.

6 WODs: 4 WODs including all 4 teammates and 2 Partner WODs. +2 Floaters to be completed in between your WOD times.  All WODs and movement standards will be released, except the final WOD. The final WOD will be a mystery.

Standard Registration wll begin Aug 13 at Noon MST. $449/team

The 307 Throwdown will be a great test for your team.  Our goal is to make it fun, challenging and very team oriented.  Here are some standards that your team should be able to perform in order to participate. This is a list of the most challenging movements that could potentially be programmed.  There will not be the option to scale any movement or weight. If you plan on entering a team, make sure you all can perform these standards!
