Membership includes: Unlimited Classes, Unlimited Open Gym, showers (towels included), pools, running track, basketball court, unlimited RedHot Yoga Classes.

We offer discounts to local businesses, seniors and military. Some of our popular ones are City-County-State Employees, NCSD, WMC & MVRH.

We have 2 CrossFit spaces. One space is used for open gym at all times unless there is CrossFit Kids classes scheduled.
