The 307 Throwdown is a Team competition held each fall at the 307. Teams of 2 guys and 2 girls compete in events over multiple days to determine the fittest team. The number of teams has increased to 36 teams from all across the region. Teams who are the most rounded and have the best teamwork have proven to be the overall fittest in previous years!
